Your Deed Poll (yourdeedpoll.co.uk) provides UK deed poll document generation services. This policy explains how we handle your data.

2. Data we collect

We collect the information you provide in the application form: your former name, new name, date of birth, address, and email address. We also receive payment confirmation data from Stripe (we do not store your card details).

3. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to generate your deed poll PDF and send it to you by email. We do not store your personal details on our servers after your document has been generated. Stripe processes and stores payment data under their own privacy policy.

4. Third parties

Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
Resend — email delivery (resend.com/privacy)
Cloudflare — hosting and delivery (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy)

5. Retention

We do not retain personal data beyond the time required to generate and deliver your document. Stripe retains transaction records as required by financial regulations.
